Extra Curricular

Team Deanmore Running club is Mondays before school 7:45am-8:30am on the oval, weather permitting. This is run by our Phys Ed teacher Mr Rodgers. Deanmore students from Pre-Primary to Year 6 are most welcome to join in the sessions free of charge.

A permission slip must be completed for each child who will be attending TDRC sessions. Please complete the permission form on Compass. Once a permission is received students can attend run club sessions for the rest of the 2024 school year.  Please note there is no running club on the first and last week of term.

Deanmore staff will only be taking duty of care of students taking part in the sessions. Please do not send other children to school at this time.

In 2024, sessions will be designed to foster a passion for a healthy, active lifestyle and will promote our Team Deanmore values.

KEYED UP MUSIC LESSONS
Keyed Up Music will be teaching keyboard and guitar lessons this Term after school. Lessons start from $20.35 for a group lesson. Cheerleading Available At Deanmore

We are so excited to announce cheerleading classes will be available at Deanmore with before and after school lessons, Year groups 1-6, all genders and abilities are welcome.

Students will be learning how to stunt, tumble, dance, and chant with coach Allison Sack who has over 20 years of experience in the cheerleading industry. Book in quickly as class spots are limited through the website by heading to the shop button, find your school, and select which class suits you best. Sports X In Term 1 2024 Soccer X will run every Monday starting 5th February 3.10-4.10pm for 8 weeks To enrol please email zgibbs@sports-x.com.au

The programs are available to students from PP- Year 6.  On arrival children will be split into groups according to age.  All sessions will be run by qualified coaches who hold blue cards.  The sessions will be fully inclusive & fun-based, catering for all abilities.
